Since 2004, the Ethiopian Chamber (in close concentration with the Quality and Standards Authority of Ethiopia (QSAE) and its partnership project with the Rhine Main Chamber of Skilled Crafts (HWK)) is working on Quality Management (QM) in the chamber system.Between 2005 and 2007, the Ethiopian Chamber organized sensitization workshops on QM for the business communities in Addis Ababa, Nazareth/Adama, Dire Dawa/Harar, Mekelle, Bahir Dar/Gondar and Awassa.  It also brings the benefits of QM down to the level of SME's.
